At SKØV, every product is built to last. But if it doesn't meet your expectations, our return process is as straightforward as the trails we design for.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Upon purchase of any of our products you accept the below terms:

Easy Exchanges:
If you'd like to make an exchange for a different variant or color, please contact us at support@skovhome.com

and we'll sort it right away for you.

Order Editing / Cancellation:
After your order is placed, our team works quickly to prepare it for shipping sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, we can't always guarantee that changes can be made. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help if it hasn't yet left our warehouse. To avoid any issues, we recommend double-checking your order and shipping details before placing your order.

Just reach out to our friendly customer support team via live chat or email support@skovhome.com with your order number handy, and we'll take care of the rest.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to us in original packaging with dustbag, in an unworn and unused condition suitable for resale with all tags still attached to the items. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@skovhome.com, provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or how we can improve our products. Please also provide us with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days less the agreed return cost. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

If goods are damaged and not in a resellable condition we will issue a free replacement or refund 50% of your order.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@skovhome.com

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Return Shipping:
Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issues when you are not able to provide a track & trace or proof of shipment.

Return Denial:
SKØV reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet their return policy guidelines. Items returned outside the eligible return period may also be denied. Returns sent to any address other than the one provided through customer support will not be accepted.
